White's Farm Trail Kearney Almaguin Highlands


White's Farm Trail is located in the town of Kearney near Lions Park in the Almaguin Highlands. The Kearney Trail is a scenic, four-season, non-motorized, multi-use trail that loops its way alongside a large wetland area, beside Sucker Creek. This trail is located north of Huntsville is a great trail for all ages with a short distance of 1.6 km.

The Kearney Trail is used for walking, jogging, bicycling, bird watching, nature photography, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. This trail is would be an amazing attraction for bird watching and some bird species include blue heron, bitterns, reptiles, amphibians, water mammals and land mammals.

If you decide to visit this beautiful trail system in Kearney make sure you take the kids to the public beach and the Lions Park playground. Kearney has so much to offer to families and children. Make sure while you are here you visit Algonquin Park through our three entrances Rain Lake, Tim Lake and Magnetawan River.
