Beginning 12km south of Parry Sound on Hwy 69 through Seguin Township to Fern Glen near Hwy 11 in Emsdale.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;If you are looking for accommodations and attractions during your visit to our trail system please contact &lt;a href="http://www.almaguin-vacation.com/"&gt;Almaguin Vacation&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Throughout the Almaguin Highlands there are loads of accommodations to choose from to include &lt;a href="http://www.sandlake.on.ca/"&gt;cottage resorts&lt;/a&gt;, cabin rentals, private cottages, hotels, motels, bed and breakfast, campgrounds and rental cottages.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;The Seguin Trail near Huntsville and Algonquin Park starts out at Fern Glen Road and then heads towards Hwy 518 West to Sprucedale, Bear Lake, Seguin Falls, Orrville and Swords.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;During the summer months the Seguin Trail is utilized for hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, hunting and fishing. ATV's and trail bikes are permitted providing they are registered, insured and the driver is licenced. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;In the winter months the Seguin Trail is used for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and dogsledding. The trail also serves as a link to the Trans Provincial Trail system for snowmobiling and is groomed by local snowmobile clubs. The Kearney Trail is a scenic, four-season, non-motorized, multi-use trail that loops its way alongside a large wetland area, beside Sucker Creek. This trail is located north of Huntsville is a great trail for all ages with a short distance of 1.6 km. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;The Kearney Trail is used for walking, jogging, bicycling, bird watching, nature photography, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. This trail is would be an amazing attraction for bird watching and some bird species include blue heron, bitterns, reptiles, amphibians, water mammals and land mammals.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;If you decide to visit this beautiful trail system in Kearney make sure you take the kids to the public beach and the Lions Park playground. They printed 6000 placemats showing a colourful map displaying trails from Callander to Novar so everyone can see our great trail system.
